Refund Policy

You may request a refund for one-time programs (such as the Discovery Session or Transformation Program) within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been delivered and no digital materials have been accessed. Once any session is delivered or digital content accessed, that portion is non-refundable.

If you have a multi-session package and wish to stop before using all sessions, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion, provided you notify us before the next scheduled session. Used sessions and accessed digital materials remain non-refundable.

For monthly or yearly plans, you can cancel anytime. Your plan will remain active for the current billing period, and you may use the remaining sessions within that period. No refunds are provided for partial periods or unused sessions after the billing date.

Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are considered delivered and are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice.

If you believe you have been charged in error (duplicate or accidental charges), please contact us immediately. Valid cases will be refunded in full.

To request a refund, please email contact@marcusbuettner.pro with your program details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.

Refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method. Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days after approval, subject to your bank’s policies.
